Ordering – private and business customers

 

ALL orders are placed online via our webshop. If you are a business customer and wish to place orders with us, you can apply for a B2B account via the link below. If you want us to create the order for you by phone/email, a fixed handling fee of 150 DKK will be added.

Delivery time

Items in stock ordered before 16:00 are delivered 1–2 business days after ordering. Items that are not in stock are usually delivered 3–5 business days after ordering, unless a different delivery time is stated on the product page and your order confirmation. For orders containing multiple order lines where not all items are in stock, the longest stated delivery time on the order confirmation will apply.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your goods will only be dispatched once the funds appear in our account.
Delivery times to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and other international destinations are different from those within Denmark. The shipping time is shown when placing the order; you must therefore add the product’s delivery time to the stated shipping time. If, contrary to expectations, there is extra delivery time on the ordered item, you will be contacted as soon as possible by an employee from Autofix.nu.

*The stated delivery time only applies to orders placed on weekdays before 16:00, provided that the ordered item(s) are in stock. During holiday periods, additional delivery days should be expected. This applies to holidays such as the summer holiday period, Black Friday, Christmas, winter holidays and similar.

 

Pick-up at our warehouse in Hedensted

If you have chosen pick-up at our warehouse in Hedensted, you will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please pay attention to the delivery time for pick-up orders, as we will not have prepared the order or received the goods before you receive this email.

If you show up at our warehouse and want us to create an order for you, we charge a 100 DKK handling fee. Alternatively, you must place the order yourself while you are at our warehouse. We do NOT provide service over the counter at the warehouse.

 

Backorders

If we are unable to deliver, you will be contacted either by phone or email with an expected delivery time or an alternative solution if possible. You always have the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait for delivery or cannot use the proposed alternative.

*Free shipping applies to orders over 998 DKK. Only valid in Denmark and for delivery to GLS Parcel Shops. Free shipping does not apply to orders delivered to private or business addresses, even if the order value exceeds 998 DKK.

Note: Some items are too large or too heavy for GLS Parcel Shops and will therefore be sent directly to private or business addresses. In these cases, free shipping does not apply.


The delivery price is in Danish kroner and includes VAT, except for Norway, the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Shipping costs will always be shown in the shopping cart.
For sales to Norway, the Faroe Islands and Greenland via our Danish webshop, the buyer is responsible for customs clearance.

Shortly after dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the parcel at gls-group.eu.

If a parcel is unexpectedly damaged during transport, please send us an email at support@autofix.nu with photos of the box and the GLS label on the outside.

 

Packaging & wrapping

We care about everyone’s future and make an effort to burden the environment as little as possible – therefore, we reuse as much packaging and filler as we possibly can. So do not be surprised if your box looks a little non-standard – it is our way of protecting the environment.

Payment

You can pay in several ways.

Payment by bank transfer is handled outside our payment solution and is managed by you (e.g. via online banking or on your mobile phone).

Bank transfer must be made to Reg. 1681 – Account no. 3225304075 (Middelfart Sparekasse)

Please note that payments made by bank transfer are not covered by the chargeback scheme.


You can pay with Dankort, Visa Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, PayPal, MobilePay, AnyDay and ViaBill. We do not charge card fees.


The amount for the goods is only debited when the goods are dispatched from Autofix.nu. A higher amount than the one you approved at the time of purchase can never be charged.


Please note: From the beginning of 2021, new EU rules for authentication in connection with online purchases came into force. Therefore, you may experience that you need to use either NemID or an SMS code to confirm your purchase. If you are unsure how this works and what you need to do to make it function, please see our guide here.

The VAT rate is 25% – www.autofix.nu complies at all times with the applicable VAT rate.
All prices on www.autofix.nu include VAT and duties.
Goods to the Faroe Islands, Greenland & Norway are not subject to Danish VAT, as VAT is paid at the point of arrival.

 

Reservation of amount

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.

The money is reserved on your card or account until:

1) we capture the amount when we ship the goods, or

2) the money is released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

If you choose to pay with VISA, Visa Electron or MasterCard, the amount may be reserved in your account for the current month + 30 days.

If you pay via PayPal, you are not protected by the chargeback scheme. Read more about the terms on PayPal’s website.

When you buy with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods. You must then pay your monthly instalment on the same date each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee will be charged. You can pay with AnyDay at Autofix.nu

If you have an account with Anyday, you can now use their instalment solution in our checkout.

With Anyday, you can split a payment into smaller amounts and pay over four months. Zero interest, zero fees, as long as you pay on time. Anyday requires that you pay at least 25% of your order total at checkout, but whether you pay more is entirely up to you.

You must purchase for at least 300 DKK to be able to pay with Anyday. Gift cards cannot be paid with Anyday.

PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee

As a PriceRunner member, your purchase is protected up to 50,000 DKK if something goes wrong in connection with your purchase. The Purchase Guarantee costs you nothing as a consumer and covers all purchases when you shop with us.

With the PriceRunner Purchase Guarantee, you receive compensation in the event of a defective product, if delivery never takes place, if an item is missing on delivery, or if the item is incorrect or faulty. For the Purchase Guarantee to apply, the order must be addressed to you as a private individual.

If something goes wrong with your purchase, the Purchase Guarantee covers both the cost of the goods and shipping costs. You will also be compensated for any direct financial loss you may have suffered due to the error. The Purchase Guarantee does not cover any loss of value, loss of income or other direct or indirect costs.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you:

  • receive your item
  • receive the last item in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered separately
  • receive the last lot or the last part in physical possession, when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of a product consisting of several lots or parts

 

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The notification can be sent to support@autofix.nu. In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our returns portal, which you will find by clicking here or the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of these terms and conditions.

You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept the parcel, or by failing to pick it up at the parcel shop, without at the same time giving us clear notice of this. Read the section on “Uncollected parcels”.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods, such as: delivery of goods manufactured according to your specifications or which have been given a distinct personal touch. These are not taken back and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once they have been ordered.

Please note: In selected cases, we may choose to extend the return period. This happens, for example, in connection with the purchase of Christmas gifts. You are welcome to buy your Christmas gifts from us well in advance – we just ask that you note in the order comment that the item is a Christmas gift.

Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is returned to our warehouse marked “not collected” without our prior agreement, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of your options. As failing to collect a parcel is not considered exercising the right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the actual costs that the carrier charges us.

Please note that you may also be charged a new shipping fee if the parcel is to be resent. The price for this depends on the chosen shipping method.

If the email is not answered within one week, the purchase will be considered withdrawn, and we will refund your money minus the aforementioned shipping fee.

Withdrawal of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive the shipping costs back if you only withdraw from part of your purchase.

 

Return

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packed.
Furthermore, you bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery.

Certain items cannot be returned via GLS Parcel Shop/Post Office. This includes: diesel, groundwater and AdBlue pumps, roof boxes, towbar boxes and bike carriers, engine oil, running boards or other items that weigh more than 20 kg or exceed a length + girth of 300 cm, with a maximum length of 200 cm.

The cost of returning these items is estimated to be up to: max. 1,400 DKK (depending on the carrier and location).


You lose your right of withdrawal for:

  • Delivery of goods manufactured according to your specifications or which have been given a distinct personal touch.

Note! We do not accept parcels sent COD, or parcels sent to parcel shops, post offices, etc. – Parcels must be sent directly to our address. In addition, we do not recommend that you return your parcel with DAO365.

Extended return period

At Autofix.nu we want to provide the best possible service, which is why we offer the option to extend your return period from 14 days to 365 days for only 29 DKK. The extended return period is available on a wide range of products on our website and must be purchased together with your order – it cannot be purchased afterwards. It does NOT apply to all products online. You will automatically be offered this when purchasing products where an extended return period is available.

The extended return period is an additional service, and the 29 DKK will therefore not be refunded.

 

Condition of the item

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the item which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, its characteristics and the way it works. In other words – you may try the item in the same way as you would in a physical shop.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you exercise your right of withdrawal, you may only receive part of, or none of, the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value. In some cases, this may mean that you can only have your shipping costs refunded.

To receive the full purchase amount back, you must do the same as you can in a physical shop. You may test the item, but not put it into actual use.

We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, 20% of the item’s price may be deducted from the refund, provided the above is not complied with.

Refund

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a reduction in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount – you will be informed of this beforehand.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, not any additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided documentation that the goods have been returned beforehand.

We only accept parcels that are sent directly to the address. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal by notifying us and delivering the item in person to the above address. However, we still recommend that you use our returns portal and notify us through that. See more here.

 

Warranty (right to complain)

At www.autofix.nu, you have a 2-year warranty right on all goods in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you may have the item repaired, replaced, your money refunded or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. This applies if the complaint is justified – please also see the section on handling complaints below.

You must always complain within a reasonable time after discovering a fault or defect. If you complain within 2 months after discovering the fault, the complaint is always considered timely. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs.

In addition, some items may come with extra warranty, which will be stated on the product page. The warranty only applies if the item is used for normal use and installed according to the installation instructions. You cannot complain about defects that are due to incorrect use or misuse of the product.

Complaints about faults or defects must be submitted immediately to Autofix by email at: support@autofix.nu

If you have received an item that is damaged during transport or has another defect upon receipt, please contact us by email or via our complaint form. Please do NOT return the item before you have been in contact with us.

When you return the item, please describe the problem as detailed as possible. Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, as you as the customer are responsible, and remember to contact us first so we can cover your shipping costs.

 

Handling of complaints – Unjustified complaints

In some cases, we can determine by email whether the complaint is justified or not, which is why you are always referred to contact us before returning a defective/faulty item. If an item is returned as a complaint, it will be tested by our staff, or in some cases by the manufacturer. If the item is found not to be faulty or defective, you will be informed and charged a handling fee of 250 DKK. This amount covers shipping, testing, handling and new shipping back to you, and must be paid before any re-dispatch. This applies regardless of whether you have been in contact with us before returning the item or not.

 

Handling of complaints – Justified complaints

In some cases, we can determine by email whether the complaint is justified or not, which is why you are always referred to contact us before returning a defective/faulty item. If the item is returned or is assessed by email to be defective/faulty, you can make use of the following options – please inform us in advance of your preferred solution.

- The item is repaired if possible

- The item is replaced

- The money is refunded

- Price reduction

Data policy (information policy)

Cookies are used in this online shop to keep track of the contents of the shopping cart when items are selected, as well as to store delivery addresses.

You have the option to delete cookies from Autofix as follows: In Internet Explorer 5.x, cookies are deleted under the menu “Tools” – “Internet Options” – “View Files”. Your cookie from Autofix is called “Cookie:name@www.autofix”. Right-click this cookie to delete it.

The information collected by www.autofix.nu about customers is: name, address, postcode, city, phone number and email address. This information is used only for delivering the goods. The information is stored in Autofix’s accounting records for 5 years. The information is not stored in encrypted form, but as physical paper in the accounts department. We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process data solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

 

We only cooperate with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

As a registered person, you always have the right to access your data and you may object to a registration in accordance with the rules of the Data Protection Act. All personal data is transmitted in encrypted form.

Data collected via this site is used to:
a. Receive and process orders
b. Administer and improve the site and service
c. Provide a unique identification (e.g. at customer login)
d. Monitor customer account status
e. Information is only passed on to third parties for the delivery of goods
f. Information is stored for 5 years

When you complete a purchase, you have the option to save the information you have entered. In this way, you do not need to re-enter this information the next time you shop at www.autofix.nu. This information is also stored in a cookie.

The data controller on autofix.nu is Autofix ApS.

We use log statistics on autofix.nu, which means that a statistics system collects information that can provide a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from, and which pages on the website they leave, etc.

The log statistics are used solely for the purpose of optimizing autofix.nu.

Reservations

In the event of delays, backorders or sold-out items, we strive to inform you as quickly as possible and what we can do in the situation – for example, refund your money or help you find a similar product elsewhere.

Pricing errors

If a price is obviously incorrect and you reasonably should have noticed this, we are not bound by the price.


Information on complaint options (dispute resolution)

If you, as a consumer, wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact us by email at support@autofix.nu. If it is not possible for us to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to: Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk

In order to complain, the goods or service you wish to complain about must have cost at least 1,110 DKK and at most 100,000 DKK. A fee is charged for having the complaint processed.
