Shipping & Delivery

At Autofix.nu we ship your parcels with GLS, either to your home, your business or the nearest GLS Parcel Shop. If you spend more than DKK 998, delivery to a parcel shop is free of charge.*

Delivery time

At Autofix we offer 1–2 business days delivery on all items in stock. If an item is in stock, it will be shown online as “In stock (delivery 1–2 business days)”. If you place your order on a weekday before 4 PM, it will normally arrive on the next business day, subject to the conditions below*. In addition, delivery also includes Saturday delivery to approx. 80% of all GLS parcel shops.

If an item is not in stock, a different delivery time will be shown online on the product page and on your order confirmation. For example: “Delivery 2–3 business days”, “Delivery 4–10 business days” or similar.

If you order delivery abroad, the expected shipping time will be shown when you place your order.

If, contrary to expectations, a product has a longer delivery time, is discontinued or on backorder, or if a stock error in our system incorrectly indicates that a product is in stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible by a member of the Autofix.nu team.

Pick-up at our warehouse in Hedensted

If you choose delivery to our warehouse in Hedensted, you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Please pay attention to the stated delivery time when ordering for pick-up, as we will not have prepared your order or received the goods before you receive this email.

Delivery by freight carrier (other parcels): From 500 DKK

Direct delivery for customers in Hedensted (we deliver your order to the door in postcode 8722): 19 DKK

Free shipping when picking up at our warehouse in Hedensted: 0 DKK

*Free shipping applies to orders over DKK 998. Only valid in Denmark and for delivery to GLS Parcel Shops. Free shipping does not apply to orders delivered to private or business addresses, even if the order value exceeds DKK 998.

The delivery price is in Danish kroner and includes VAT, except for Norway, the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Shipping costs will always be shown in the shopping cart.
For sales to Norway, the Faroe Islands and Greenland via our Danish webshop, the buyer is responsible for customs clearance.

Shortly after dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel at gls-group.eu.

If a parcel is unexpectedly damaged during transport, please send us an email at support@autofix.nu with photos of the box and the GLS label on the outside.

*The stated delivery time only applies to orders placed on weekdays before 4 PM, provided that the ordered item(s) are in stock. During holidays, additional delivery days should be expected. This applies to periods such as summer holidays, Black Friday, Christmas, winter holidays, and similar occasions. Free shipping applies to orders over DKK 998. Only valid in Denmark and for delivery to a GLS Parcel Shop. Free shipping does NOT apply to orders delivered to private or business addresses, even if the order value exceeds DKK 998.
