Multi Metal Coating Spray
Fertan MM30 primer consists of aluminium, titanium, and zinc and provides cathodic protection for metal surfaces, ensuring they last longer. The coating is sprayed on and must cure for 2-3 days. After curing, it is extremely resistant and can be used as a primer for 1- or 2-component paints and sealants.
MM30 enhances the metal's finish on surfaces and adhesion during subsequent welding or coating. The spray can withstand temperatures up to 300 °C, making it suitable for coating brake discs and drums. Even with a coating thickness of just 15 microns, the spray is resistant for over 500 hours against salt exposure. The coating spray can be used on steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, and copper.
The spray can be used as a welding primer on repair sites and for repairing shiny and galvanized metal surfaces. It can also be used simply for enhancement or decoration.
