The manufacturer "Novline" is number 1 in the market for car floor mats. Novlineproduces their mats inpolyurethanewith high rigid edges. Novline brands their mats under two names. One is simply branded as "Novline" while others are branded as "ELEMENT". However, these are the same mats.
The matsare made of polymer material, which makes them lightweight(twice lighter than rubber). The matshave no unpleasant odor. The specially designed material composition makes it possible to achieve sufficient rigidity in the raisededges of the mats -Thispreventswater and dirt from running outside the mat.
It is worth mentioning that the Novline group was the first in the world within the automotive industry to start using materials belonging to the group of thermoplastic elastomers.

The mats' most important function is the protection of the vehicle's interior against dirt and moisture. This is achieved, among other things, by using high edges on the mats. For some car models, there is also a protective mat piece that covers the cardan tunnel in front of the back seat. In addition, there is often also a piece that protects the footrest by the pedals. This ensures that the car's floor remains protected.
Safety
The mats are made of a material that has anti-slip properties. Special fasteners / mat locks are used to secure the mats in the car's interior. The shape of the front part of the driver's mat fits under the accelerator pedal and eliminates the chance of the mats getting stuck in the pedals.
Aesthetics
The mats' shape is completely adapted to the car's floor shape, the color and texture fit perfectly with the car's interior.
DEVELOPMENT
When you see a Novline mat on the floor of a car, you almost get the impression that it is liquid rubber that has been poured into the bottom of the car and then allowed to dry. The perfect fit is due to Novline's polyurethane mats being developed individually for each car. A 3D scanning method is used.

SAFETY
The most important function of rubber mats is the protection of the car's cabin against dirt and moisture. This is achieved due to the high edges, the cross-piece that protects the cardan tunnel in front of the back seat, the shape, the properties of the material, and due to the 3D technology used to design the mats. This ensures extra protection that keeps the cabin completely clean.
If original mat locks are pre-installed in the car's floor, we supply the mats with original mat locks. When there is no counterpart, we supply the mats with general fasteners, which guarantee safety during driving.
