The manufacturer "Novline" is No. 1 on the market within car floor mats. Novline produces their mats in polyurethane with high, rigid edges. Novline brands their mats under two names. One is simply branded as "Novline" while others are branded as "ELEMENT". However, these are the same mats.
The mats are made from polymer material, which makes them lightweight (twice as light as rubber). The mats have no unpleasant smell. The specially engineered material composition makes it possible to achieve sufficient rigidity in the mats' raised edges - This prevents water and dirt from running outside the mat.
It is worth mentioning that the Novline group was the first in the world within the automotive industry to start using materials belonging to the group of thermoplastic elastomers.

The mats' most important function is protecting the vehicle interior from dirt and moisture. This is achieved, among other things, by using high edges on the mats. For some car models, there is also a protective mat piece that covers the propshaft tunnel in front of the rear seat. In addition, there is often also a piece that protects the footrest by the pedals. This ensures that the car floor remains protected.
Safety
The mats are made from a material that has anti-slip properties. To secure the mats in the car interior, special mounting parts / mat locks are used. The shape of the front part of the driver's mat fits under the accelerator pedal and eliminates the chance of the mats getting stuck in the pedals.
Aesthetics
The shape of the mats is fully adapted to the car's floor shape; the colour and texture match perfectly with the car interior.
DEVELOPMENT
When you see a Novline mat in the bottom of a car, you almost get the impression that it is liquid rubber that has been poured into the bottom of the car and then left to dry. The fit is so perfect because Novline's polyurethane mats are developed individually for each car. A 3D scanning method is used.

SAFETY

This is achieved due to the high edges, the crosspiece that protects the propshaft tunnel in front of the rear seat, the shape, the properties of the material, and due to the 3D technology used to shape the mats. This ensures extra protection that keeps the cabin completely clean.
If original mat locks are pre-installed in the car floor, we supply the mats with original mat locks. When there is no counterpart, we supply the mats with general mounting parts, which guarantee safety while driving.
The mats are made from a material that provides anti-slip protection. To ensure that the mats cannot slide around on the car floor. The shape of the front part of the driver's mat is designed to protect the floor under the pedals. The pedals cannot stick to the mat.
