Advanced front parking sensor system with FUL CANBUS integration, developed for modern cars. The system ensures precise detection of obstacles and reduces the risk of false alarms while driving. The sensors are mounted on the inside of the front bumper, providing a discreet, original factory look. They can also be painted in the car's colour for optimal integration. Only 4 wires need to be connected - ground, terminal 15 (+15), CAN high and CAN low. The system is mounted from the rear.
This is a FUL CANBUS-controlled parking sensor system, compatible with most newer cars from around 2009 onwards. The system works intelligently with the car's electronics and activates automatically when the speed drops to around 10 km/h. When the speed exceeds approx. 14 km/h again, the system deactivates automatically.
This speed-controlled function ensures more accurate and stable operation, while significantly reducing the risk of false alarms. Where traditional (analogue) systems can often react to influences such as rain, snow, sleet or leaves while driving, this system largely avoids these unnecessary warnings.
Included: a control unit, 4 pcs. sensors (Ø16.5 mm), 4 pcs. sensor cables, main wiring harness, 1 pc. speaker, 1 pc. hole saw (Ø16.5 mm), self-adhesive tape and cable ties. Sensors and sensor housings can be painted in the car's colour for a discreet, original look. The sensors are mounted on the inside of the bumper, thereby achieving a more discreet and original appearance.
WHEN THE SYSTEM IS INSTALLED:
There must not be multiple retrofitted CANBUS units on the car
The CAN system can only handle one retrofitted product at a time
Multiple units may cause errors in the CAN system or unstable operation.
NOTE:
The system uses standard CANBUS protocol J1979
Only fits cars with the standard version of this protocol
On some cars, CANBUS may be factory-limited, which may cause the system not to function correctly.
