SIMONS Sports exhaust is produced at Ray in Sweden. The factory was founded in 1961, where production started with standard exhausts for Saab 2-stroke and Volvo PV. The sports exhausts themselves are produced in extra-strong material and are reinforced at critical points. To resist rust, the exhausts are aluminised; chrome steel is used as well as, in some places, 18/8 stainless steel.
The system has a larger pipe diameter than the original and is supplied either as a complete set or as a half set without front pipe. For some car models, only the rear silencer is supplied. SIMONS Sport system has the highest quality in materials, finish and construction based on many years of experience. SIMONS exhaust with 5-8% higher power, sporty sound and sporty tailpipe. Low back pressure gives lower fuel consumption. Long service life as a result of the good quality.
