Description

Sonax Profiline CeramicCoating CC Evo is a professional ceramic paint sealant developed for long-lasting protection and maximum gloss. The product is based on advanced Si-Carbon technology and forms an extremely hard-wearing, chemical-resistant layer on the paintwork. The CC Evo system is designed for professionals and is known for its high resistance to UV rays, weather exposure, road salt and aggressive cleaning agents. The surface gains a pronounced hydrophobic effect, causing water, dirt and insects to bead off more easily making daily washing both quicker and gentler. The result is a deep, mirror-like finish and paint protection that, when applied correctly, can last for up to several years.

1. Preparation

Wash the car thoroughly to remove dirt, traffic film and residues of previous wax or sealant.
Degrease the paintwork with a suitable pre-cleaner/IPA to ensure a completely clean surface.
Any wash scratches or paint defects should be polished out before application, as the coating seals in the surface condition.
The paintwork must be completely dry and cool before application.

2. Application

Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
Apply a few drops of CeramicCoating CC Evo to the included applicator.
Spread the product evenly over a smaller area at a time (approx. ½ a panel) in a cross-hatch pattern.
Allow the coating to react briefly (typically 1–3 minutes – depending on temperature and humidity).
Wipe off excess product with a clean, soft microfibre cloth until the surface is completely clear and streak-free.

3. Curing

The car must not be exposed to water for the first 12 hours after application.
Full chemical curing is achieved after approx. 7 days. During this period, the car should not be washed chemically.

4. Maintenance

Use pH-neutral car shampoos to preserve the coating’s properties.
Avoid strong alkaline or acidic cleaning agents.
Regular gentle washing extends the coating’s service life and gloss
