As a rule, there are 4 different fixing points on Danish cars. It can be a bit of a jungle to navigate - so here we provide a quick overview:

Cars where the roof is completely smooth, no roof rails, points or similar. Typically seen on smaller passenger cars.

4 points found on the car's roof, two on each side, usually covered by a small plastic cover. Most commonly used on mid-size cars, seen on many different car models

Very similar to the classic roof rail, there is just no gap between the rail and the car's roof. Widely used on newer estate cars, e.g. Opel, Ford, Renault

The classic roof rail that most people know. A black bar that sits along the car's roof, with approx. 2-3 cm of air to the roof. Most often seen on older estate car models, vans and MPVs.
NOTE. The images are for illustration purposes, and the actual mounting foot model may vary depending on the type of fixing on the vehicle in question.
